Office – PortSwigger, Knutsford

We undertook a drylining and carpentry package for this office fit-out. The unique design of the pods, wrapped in special fabric, delivered an exceptional finish.

The project involved:
• Media pods with walls constructed from 100mm x 50mm timber, 12mm hardwood plywood, 15mm soundblock plasterboard, and 100mm Rockwool insulation.
• Pod ceilings with 150mm x 50mm timber joists and double-layered soundproof plasterboard.
• Jumbo stud walls with soundblock plasterboard and deflection heads.
• Temporary hoarding walls to separate live office areas from the work zone.
