We successfully delivered comprehensive drylining and carpentry packages for this repeat client, focusing on advanced acoustic solutions and custom design elements across classrooms, toilet areas, and the reception.
Scope of Work:
• Acoustic walls, floors, and ceilings constructed using advanced soundproofing materials, as detailed in previous projects.
• Classroom walls are built with 4x2 timber, 50mm PIR insulation, and 12.5mm sound block plasterboard, supplemented with resilient bars.
• I-joists installed above classroom walls, creating a separate enclosed area with dwarf walls for safety and a plywood cover for soundproofing.
• Timber-framed floors and plywood installation.
• Toilet areas with unique triangular front wall designs.
• A reception area featuring a pitched roof and a corner window for an original, functional design.
